I am so excited to be sharing this beautiful wedding with you today. I am especially excited because I love showcasing weddings that don't necessarily have all the "bells and whistles" and still manage to look like they did. Mandy and Jake were 100% focused on the marriage and uniting their families and the rest was just icing on the cake. The bride got ready at her sister's home, they gathered flowers for her bouquet from the family garden and snacked on popsicles and pizza at their reception. This wedding is wonderful because it proves that you don't have to have 100 vendors to have a knockout event. And besides all the pretty details let's just talk about the way Jake looked at Mandy and her two girls...it was exactly why I do this job that I love so much. It is my passion to make every wedding look as beautiful as it feels and I think we did exactly that for the Backler's big day.
