The Bloom Workshop is designed for creative women who are eager to learn about blogging, social media, photography, interior design, event design, calligraphy, floral design, and more. Since Bloom began in 2014, we have watched over 400 attendees make amazing strides in their blogs and business. The goal of our workshop is to share our knowledge on each of these different topics, help you find a community of passionate creatives who you can lean on and share successes with, as well as give you inspiration through each of our events, our blogs and newsletters. There is something so sweet about coming together in one room with a group of people who all share the same passion: creating beauty.
We have designed two unique workshops to choose from...
La Petite Bloom is our mini workshop with specific hands-on sessions that will be sure to spark your creativity. The only requirement is for participants to come ready to have fun and network, stretch their creativity, and grow their skill set! We are offering two La Petite Bloom's in 2016:

Bloom Bash is our two day, retreat-style workshop. The heart behind Bloom Bash is to cultivate a passionate community of creative entrepreneurs, bloggers and artists, while equipping them with the tools to take their blogs and businesses to the next level. Over the two day retreat, we will have in-depth teaching sessions on blogging, social media, photography, styling, design, calligraphy, florals, unique breakout sessions and more. Through an amazing team of talented speakers, local partnerships and beautifully styled photo shoots, attendees are sure to leave inspired with a newfound love for what they do, and knowledge to aid them in doing it even better. You will return home with a wonderful group of new friends and supporters. We have planned Bloom Bash down to the smallest of details; with sweet surprises, our favorite industry professionals, and a swag bag that will leave you drooling, these are our favorite events of the year. One On One Workshops
I am excited to offer one-on-one mentorship opportunities in 2016. Mentorships are full days designed to meet you where you are in your business and help propel you from wherever you are finding yourself stuck. We will spend the morning discussing your business goals, client experience and back-end of your business. Together we will come up with a workflow best suited for you including investment information, e-mail responses, mock bride & groom meeting, contract and more.
After lunch we will work with your gear (film or digital cameras welcome). We will work on thought process when arriving to a shoot, how to shoot manually, and best practices for lighting situations. Finally, we will put your new skill to use as you photograph a fully styled shoot. Dreaming up and executing this shoot in the weeks leading up to your one-on-one workshop is half the process and an ideal learning opportunity so you can move forward and continue to envision and execute shoots to elevate your portfolio and attract your ideal client.
Not only does this shoot provide you a time to work through areas of difficulty in your photography, it will allow you to create vendor relationships that open the door to more work in the future and showcase all you are capable of given the opportunity. Support following your workshop will be available and I am happy to direct you as you continue to grow your art and business.
