When I got these film scans back my heart burst-- a perfect Michigan evening, sweet couple and a just bloomed apple orchard! Abby & Kyle are special friends of mine and I loved getting the opportunity to document this time in their lives as they prepare to welcome their first little one! Their baby boy is due to arrive in June and I couldn't be more excited to see them as parents. Not only are they incredibly photogenic, they are also incredible people. Here are some of my favorites from our time together! 

I got to kick off my 2017 season in the most wonderful way-- with precious little Myla. Photographing Myla was extra sweet because her mom used to nanny for my own little boys. I loved getting to be a part of this time in our friends lives and document how perfect this little gal is. Truly, she is like a little angel baby with the most to die for chubby cheeks.  Scroll through to see some of my favorites! 

Photographing sweet little Ava Grace was such an honor. Three years ago I photographed her parents, Matt & Summer as they married at Stafford's Perry Hotel in Petoskey, Michigan. It is one of my greatest joys to continue to capture these precious moments in the lives of clients. As most little ones are Ava was wide awake and was making it clear she didn't want much to do with having her pictures taken-- she wanted to cuddle with mama and eat and eat. Ava Grace, you are such a precious little blessing and I am certain you will be a beauty like your mama!
